The sentence was imposed on August 6, 2014, and McLennan filed his notice of appeal in the County Clerk’s office on November 10, 2014. The notice of appeal must be filed within 90 days after the date sentence is imposed or suspended in open court if the defendant timely files a motion for new trial. TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2(a)(2). McLennan’s notice of appeal is untimely. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2(a)(2).
