Hinton v. State

HAWKINS, J.

Conviction is for disposing of mortgaged property with intent to defraud ; punishment being two years in the penitentiary. Appellant has filed his affidavit requesting the court to dismiss his appeal.

In compliance with such request, the appeal is dismissed.
