Appellant was convicted for unlawfully carrying a pistol and assessed the lowest punishment.
The only question is as to the sufficiency of the testimony to sustain the conviction. We have read it carefully, and we think it is sufficient. (Leonard v. State, 56 Tex.Crim. Rep.; Mayfield v. State, 75 Tex.Crim. Rep., 170 S.W. Rep., 308, and cases there cited.)
The judgment is affirmed.
