Appellant, by his affidavit in writing, has signified his desire to withdraw his motion for rehearing in the above-styled cause. We learn from the counsel for the appellant that they make no objection to the granting of the request. The request to withdraw the motion for rehearing is therefore granted, and mandate will issue upon the original judgment of affirmance.
