Alvarado v. State

This is a companion ease to cause No. 4933, Alvarado v. State, 202 S. W. 322, this day decided. The indictment in this case is in the same condition as the indictment in that case. Upon the authority of that case the judgment herein will be reversed, and the cause remanded.
