Conviction is for possessing intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale, punishment being assessed at 2 years in the penitentiary. Appellant has filed his affidavit, thereby advising this court that he desires to abandon his appeal. Complying with his request, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
