This is an appeal from a conviction of theft of property of the value of more than .$50, in which the appellant was given a sentence of two years, and is a companion, case to that of cause No. 6377, 234 S. W. 409, this day decided. The record is in the same condition as that in said cause referred to, and for the same reasons therein set forth this judgment is affirmed.
