Emerson v. State

LATTIMORE, J.

Appellant was convicted in criminal district court No. 2 of Dallas county of the offense of burglary, and his punishment fixed at ten years in the penitentiary. The indictment correctly charges the offense, and the law of the case wTas stated in the charge of the court, and, there being no error in the record, an affirmance is ordered.
