Redfearn v. State

HAWKINS, J.

The conviction is for the possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment being fixed at one year in, the penitentiary. Appellant has filed his affidavit, stating that he no longer desires to prosecute his appeal, and requests that same be dismissed. In compliance with such request, the dismissal of the appeal is ordered.
