I concur in Part I and the result of the main opinion only. I do not fully agree with the duty of care analysis in Part II, in the context of determining whether Plaintiffs evidence established a prima facie case. The language concerning a “warning,” in the text and footnotes 8 and 10, unnecessarily expands Defendant’s duty of care and exposure to liability.
