Gabrielsen v. City of Seattle

Upon a rehearing En Banc, a majority of the court adheres to the opinion heretofore filed herein, and reported in 150 Wash. 157,272 P. 723. The judgment is therefore affirmed in part and reversed in part, in accordance with that opinion.
