(concurring)—I concur in the result. I do not know specifically what the jury found or did not find. I am satisfied that it could have found plaintiff’s failure to sound the horn was not a proximate cause of the collision. The issue of contributory negligence was, therefore, for the jury, and I would not interfere with its determination.
