(concurring) — In light of the denial of a petition for review in State v. Franklin, 49 Wn. App. 106, 741 P.2d 83, review denied, 109 Wn.2d 1018 (1987), I am constrained to concur. I am still of the view that the majority decision in the instant case, as well as the prior decision, has virtually eliminated the difference between identified and unidentified citizen informants.
